About Phil

Phillip H. Broderick is President of ABP Capital and also serves on the Board of Directors of C3bank. As President, Phil oversees ABP’s nationwide loan origination, underwriting, and asset management platforms as well as the firm’s real estate acquisition & development platform.

Phil began his career with KPMG as an Auditor before transitioning into the homebuilding industry where he served as Controller for Ryland Homes (formerly NYSE: RYL) and William Lyon Homes. In these roles, Phil was responsible for monthly financial statement preparation in addition to business planning and forecasting. Phil is a California Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of San Diego.
