About Randall

Randall Becker joined C3bank in 2022 as its first Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Mr. Becker has over 35 years as an Information Technology and Security professional. He has implemented and managed information technology and security programs across various industries, including financial services, education, government, military and private industry. Prior to C3bank, he worked at Silvergate Bank, Axos Bank and City National Bank in information technology and information security roles with a combined 25 years of experience in banking. He holds a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and holds many industry Information Technology and Security certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, and CEH.
