About Cortney

Cortney Topp joined C3bank in 2022 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she oversees the bank’s financial and regulatory reporting, audit program, and overall financial governance, while partnering with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining C3bank, Cortney built her career in public accounting, serving as a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG, where she led audit engagements for public community banks and advised on accounting matters and internal control implementation. Her background provides a strong foundation for navigating complex financial and governance environments within the banking industry.

Cortney holds a bachelor’s degree from Biola University and a master’s degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
